For many of us, pets are important members of our families, and the loss of a pet can be traumatic. Therefore, end-of-life decisions represent the final acts of love and kindness we can show our pets. We are here to assist you, the pet owner, in making those decisions for your loved ones. You will learn about your options in pet cremation, what to consider, questions to ask and what to look for when choosing cremation for your pet.
If you would like the ashes of your pet returned to you, you will be offered an individual cremation. Your pet will be cremated in isolation and the ashes prepared and returned to you in your choice of urn. This option gives you the opportunity to keep the ashes at home or alternatively to scatter them in your pet’s favorite place. You can rest assured knowing that your pet will be handled with the utmost care and attention. Multiple checks are in place throughout every single cremation, to ensure your pet is taken care of exactly to your wishes.
You may wish to attend your pet’s individual cremation, providing you with the opportunity to say a final farewell. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you wish to organize a private viewing. We will explain the service to you and be on hand throughout the process to provide you with the comfort and support you may need.
During communal cremations, your pet will be cremated alongside others in the same chamber, without any form of separation. Your pet’s ashes will not be returned to you following communal cremation, however, the ash from these cremations is reverentially scattered across in our memorial pasture.
